Tide Flow offers free tracked delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather and peak periods may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed after your order has been dispatched. Please allow several days for the first tracking update to appear.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@tideflow.store as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. Tide Flow cannot refund orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact support@tideflow.store with your order number. We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Import charges

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us before paying it.
