90-day money-back guarantee

Every Tide Flow order is protected by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

If Tide Flow is not right for you, contact support@tideflow.store within 90 days of delivery. Include your name, order number and a brief explanation of your request so we can locate your order and guide you through the process.

The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through tideflow.store. Opened or used products may still qualify under the guarantee.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

UK cancellation rights

You may notify us that you wish to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods if a return is required.

Please contact us before returning anything. Unauthorised returns may not reach the correct facility and could delay your refund.

Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise. This does not affect the separate 90-day money-back guarantee.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Tide Flow will cover reasonable return costs when goods are confirmed as damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Where a return is required, we may wait until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been returned.

We will issue eligible refunds without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
